What is the process if I want to invest?
We will be guiding you at all times by advising you on the legal and tax process, then a non-disclosure agreement is signed by investor and Oro Azul Asociados, the investor sends own electronic documentation to Oro Azul for a sign an BASSP contract (Basic Agreement of Shares Stock to Purchase) between investor and Oro Azul to finally become a stakeholder.
Can I regain some of profit on my investment before year 5?
By purchasing shares stock of the company, at any point in time before the harvesting (5th year) you can sell your shares stock and regain your investment plus a percentage of profit.
Where are the plantations located?
We are a Mexican company operating in Guanajuato and our properties are located in Pénjamo, La Ermita community, you can visit us whenever you like by scheduling an appointment through our communication channels.
Is there a risk in my investment?
Oro Azul Asociados estimate profit 269% return in year 5 if the price stabilizes below $1 per kilo (currently the price is US$1,44). Agave is a drought resistant crop and is adapted to the environment and climate conditions of the area.
If the price per kilo stays the same or goes up, will my return-on-investment increase?
That’s right, if the price remains in the current market of $1,44 or rises as in 2021 that was above $1,50, your profitability goes up 400%, 500%, etc.
